Axel Mohr changed as managing partner to ZVG Daten GmbH, an expert in forced sales. The existing database with over 750,000 auctioned properties is unique in Germany and is extremely valuable for gaining transparency in this segment.

Offering professional support here was an important motivation for the former bank board to found the now established foreclosure auction expert based in Ratingen. Each bank certainly has its own statistics, but these can only show its own results. Transparency and comparability result only from the analysis of all distressed real estate, which only we map. The procedure duration per object resulting from these data shows, for example, ranges from less than 100 days to 20 years. We hold this elementary information at the level of property types and for all local courts.
