Finding true comparison values

The market values set by the appraiser usually do not correlate with the development on the sales market. The valuation of a property in the context of a compulsory auction thus leads to other and mostly much lower values. In order to assess a property under worst-case criteria, comparison properties from foreclosure are therefore elementary. We are happy to supply comparable properties as needed to support your evaluations.

Reliably estimate the marketing period

For the determination of the present value, the duration of the processing is a significant factor. For this purpose, we determine the duration of proceedings for all German district courts for 5 asset classes. For example, you can find out the expected time to first foreclosure appointment, the follow-on date probability, and the current total procedure duration before applying for a foreclosure procedure.
